EUの法律(EU規則261/2004)に基づきEU発着の航空機が遅延/欠航した場合に発生する最大600€の補償金を航空会社に請求できるサービスです。
In the event of delays/cancellation of flights to/from the EU in accordance with EU legislation (EU Regulation 261/2004). The service allows you to claim compensation of up to 600 € from the airline.
